The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, FSA, has conducted an IT supervision at SDC. Below you can read FSA’s report.

Autumn 2023, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, FSA, (Finanstilsynet) conducted an IT supervision at SDC. This was done as part of their ordinary supervision to investigate SDC’s IT use and IT risk management. We have received the final report, and FSA have found two areas where we need to increase our efforts. In addition, FSA found that a previous order can be closed as SDC has made the necessary changes.

“We have had a constructive collaboration with FSA regarding their IT supervision. Methodology and IT risk management are high priorities for us, and we are already in the process of making the necessary changes to meet the requirements of FSA”, says Torben Finnemann, CEO of SDC.
